About The Event
Reiki 1 is the start of the Reiki journey which its founder, Dr. Usui, describes as “the secret art of inviting happiness”. Reiki is a wonderful tool for learning to sense subtle energy, for physical healing, and especially for self-healing. And it is also the beginning of the Reiki spiritual path
Included in the course is an introduction to subtle energy, in-depth training in using the hands for self-healing and healing others, four attunements, meditation, movement, energy exercises and a lot more.
Also included is a manual and ongoing support to help you with your Reiki journey.
