WHISPERWOOD, NEW CUT, WESTFIELD, TN35 4RD

DIRECTIONS

From Hastings, take the A28 to Westfield.

As you come into the village there is an S bend; pass the Church and the General Stores (both on your left) and the pedestrian crossing.

You will see the Taris's Cafe, a 1930s style building painted white (formerly a car showroom) on the corner on your left. Turn LEFT immediately after this building into Cottage Lane.

​

Continue along Cottage Lane for about 400 metres.

New Cut is the THIRD turning on the LEFT, immediately before a white house called Summer Cottage. (New Cut looks a little like the drive to Summer Cottage but it is not.)

“Whisperwood” is situated about 300 metres along New Cut on the RIGHT.

Note: Your Google map or satnav may show the centre of the postcode or direct you to ‘turn right’ but do not follow it precisely – just drive straight along New Cut until you see a brick wall adjoining the road on the LEFT.

“Whisperwood” is just past the wall on the RIGHT.

​

It has a steep brick drive and a pale-green garage door. 

 

There is ample parking in the drive.

​

If you reach the “Old Mission Hall” you have gone one house too far.
